The name "IRONSEAMAN" wasn't chosen just for fun, it reflects my strong belief that every person should be both mentally and physically strong. One of my passion is a triathlon, and right now I'm on my journey of preparation to the IronMan competition.

Balancing the responsibilities of a captain with intense training requires deep knowledge and a clear understanding of how to stay safe, maintain health, and find the right balance between work and workouts.

For the past five years, I’ve been studying and testing these principles through daily practice.
