Who is the most IMPORTANT crew member on board?

Sometimes, even the stupid stereotypes can work in our favor.

Today, I’m grateful for the ageism in the passenger fleet—yes, you read that right.

Onboard with me are a 60-year-old Chief Cook and a 61-year-old Messman. Both previously worked on the passenger fleet, and both were rejected due to the age.

But together they are one of the best galley team which I met on board for the last 10 years. 

So, the sponsor of today’s good crew mood is the crew managers who doesn’t see age as a problem. 😉
